If you have been wanting to find a way to save all that mess and hassle of filtering WVO this is it! Need a good solution for WVO filtering hassles? You will not find a better portable WVO fueling station for any price. Once you convert your diesel to SVO I can guarantee your biggest hassle and frustration will be filtering the used cooking oil you pick up from restaurants. Most start out pouring or pumping the oil through small or large hanging bag filters. Many tire of this procedure very quickly and if you try to do it without pre-heating the oil you will tire of it the first time you try it. Doing it this way can be very messy and very time consuming. I just had a friend from Seattle convert his 300SD. In less than a week he called me and said he was ready to go back to driving on diesel. He could not take bag filtering anymore! I recommended to him that he purchase my new Fuel-n-GO unit as pictured here. He did and now is a very happy greaser. He said it saved him from jumping ship.

This unit is ideally suited for passenger vehicles that do not burn large quantities of fuel. It is 12 volt and very portable. You can carry it in the trunk of your car and it fits nicely in the trunk side well of most Mercedes sedans and coupes. It uses three stages of filtering. The first two filters are cleanable and the final filtering elements cost less than $2.00 each. There are two very unique features that I designed into this unit and am very proud of (these evolved out my own frustrations in dealing with filtering and fuel transfer). 1. The filters are easy to get to and easily serviced. Dual filtration gives extra protection for your engine and longer sediment filter life. 2. The main filter itself has a bypass feature that you will really appreciate. When you turn the lever to bypass mode you can pump oil straight through the head without going through the filter. This feature can be used to pump oil between containers or it can be used to pump oil out of a restaurant oil dumpster into 5 gallon containers in the back of your car. The unit measures 16 inches wide, 18 inches long, and 15 inches high at the tallest points. It is designed to fit into the trunk side well on almost all Mercedes diesels. It can be used in your garage to pump and filter when connected to a 12 volt battery with trickle charger. It can also be used to transfer oil out of a dumpster into smaller 5 gallon buckets, or fuel on the go. Pump rate is dependent on temperature of your oil and condition of your filters. It will pump in transfer mode without undue restriction at the rate of 6 to 7 gallons per minute. If pumping through the final filter expect 2 to 4 gallons per minute depending on temperature and filters. Duty cycle is 15 minutes. The pump motor is rated for 24 volts. So you can almost double the pumping rate if running on that voltage!


If you are fueling on the go please keep in mind that when it gets down below 45 degrees you will need to heat the oil to get it to flow through the final filter freely. You can run an 8 gauge wire to the trunk of your car to power this unit directly from the cars battery. If pumping into your tank at the restaurant be very careful to inspect the oil for proper settling and do not pump closer than 6 inches from the bottom of the container. If you do a lot a of fueling on the go then I recommend you use two stage on board filtering.Location of filter stop and bypass valve lever

This unit comes complete as pictured and is ready to start pumping out of the box. All you will need to do is connect the long hoses and tighten all hose clamps. Information will be included with unit on tips to filtering and where to buy inexpensive filter replacements and parts.
