123 Turbo Diesel 617 Flex Exhaust Down Pipe

Fits 123 chassis only with turbo diesel engine 1981 to 1984. Wagons from 1981 and sedans and coupes from 1982. This flexible accordion section of this pipe is prone to breaking with age. When it cracks you will hear a change in your exhaust sound and will notice black soot staining where it is leaking. One end bolts on rear of turbo and other end bolts to exhaust pipe under passenger front foot well. Does not require welding. Inspect yours now for possible leaks. List price is $254.00. This part is made by Ansa with a newly IMPROVED design for the flex section of the pipe - stronger and much less prone to cracking.

1985 model owners note: It will fit some Federal models without trap oxidizer. If your air filter housing is not mounted on the engine IT WILL NOT FIT. If your housing is mounted to the engine like on the older models then this pipe will work on your 85. Call if you are not sure.
