4 Fuse Relay Activated Circuit Boss Panel for SVO fuel conversions

Can be installed in all 115, 116, 123, 126, 201 and 124 diesels between 1969 and 1995 running on SVO. This includes the 220D, 240D, 300D, 300CD, 300TD, 300SD, 300SDL, 350SDL, and 190D. Description: In all the WVO conversions I've seen and been around one of the weakest points seems to be how the system handles the electric power needs. Most of the commercial conversions available on the market I find are lacking in this area. Some just try to pull power off the factory fuse box while others kind of leave it up to your own imagination on how you should hook up your electrical components. This is a MUST HAVE if you are running a Dual Tank system. It is more of a want when it comes to a Single Tank system. It all depends on how many electrical components you are running on your conversion.

In our advanced conversion systems, we use what we call a circuit boss which is a self contained and complete electrical system totally separated from your factory wiring. The only place we draw from the factory wiring is one low amp connection at the fuse box to provide a keyed power source to activate this circuit boss. This is no wimpy unit either. It comes with wire pigtails and adequate fuse protection which can power multiple components safely without causing undue stress on any other part of your automotive electrical system (exception: you may have limits due to alternator output).

This kit comes to you with the following:

• Right angle aluminum plate to mount panel with relay and mounting screws
• Large heavy duty 40/50 amp fuse assembly to protect complete system from overload
• Circuit boss with activation relay and four fused circuts. Two of which are currently fused at 5 amp, one at 10 amp and one at 20 amp
• 7 feet of 10 guage battery wire to run from battery to large protection fuse
• Wire and brass connector with a 5 amp fuse to connect activation relay to keep power source in factory fuse box
• Misc. wire connectors
• Complete instructions and sample wiring diagram
  

This circuit boss can handle the loads with output wires that allow up to 20 amp draw per individual circuit and up to 30 amp combined total. Note: we do include a wiring schematic drawing with this component as well as tips on how to wire different components through dash mounted switches. We recommend if you are powering any components greater than 20 amps at remote locations (such as your trunk) that you use an additional power relay at that location.
