Biodiesel VITON Fuel Injector Return Hose- 4, 5 and 6 Cylinder Diesel

Fits all 115, 116, 123, 126, 201 and 124 4, 5 and 6 cylinder diesels between 1969 and 1995. This includes the 220D, 240D, 300D, 300CD, 300TD, 300SD, 300SDL 350SDL and 190D. This is highly recommended for all WVO fuel operations, but it is an absolute must if you are going to be running any type of biodiesel through your fuel system. Even if you are only going to start up and shut down on biodiesel you will need to install this hose. Most of your other original rubber fuel hoses will do ok for intermittent biodiesel use. Not so with the small injector return hoses. The combination of high heat, biodiesel, and the original braided hose design can cause rapid deterioration and failure. When this happens you will be pumping all your fuel out on the road!

For full WVO operations this hose can be a real asset. It does last longer than the braided hose and it is easier to remove and reinstall should you need to remove your injectors for cleaning. By contrast, once the original braided hose has been on for any period of time you have to cut it to get it off.

We sell it in a kit with a 50 inch length which is adequate for up to 6 cylinder engines. CAUTION: You must cut this hose to proper lengths or you could end up short. Do not copy the lengths of your old hoses. Cut instructions are included. The size is slightly smaller than 4mm in diameter for extra tight fit on injector nipples.
