You asked for it and we delivered. Our 1000 series WVO conversions are custom fabricated and fully pre- assembled. That means this unit is ready to bolt in the engine compartment of a 116, 123 and early 126 diesel right out of the box. That includes the 1977 to 1985 240D, 300D and 300CD, as well as the 300TD wagon from 1979 to 1984. It will not bolt into some late 84 and 85 models with the hydraulic suspension tank mounted behind the drivers side headlight. Also includes the 1978 to 1984 300SD only. Other years and models are NOT available pre-built.
This has all the same features and components as our STC-100 builders kit - the big difference being it will save you 4 to 8 hours in labor not having to build and bolt everything together yourself. There is no other kit like this on the market today. Even the hoses are connected and cut to the correct length for you - with labels to where they go no less! The wiring is all installed and you only have to connect one wire to your battery and one to your fuse box. Set in place, drill four holes in your inner fender panel, install the mounting bolts, do some hose routing modifications at the injection pump, connect all the hoses, and connect the two wires - and you are ready to fire up on vegetable oil. Everything you will need is included in this kit including detailed instructions. And they don’t even need to be very long! We will also include a complimentary copy of Kents manual on Advanced SVO Theory and Operations.

Kent personally believes that every SVO diesel conversion should have an aux. fuel boost pump mounted at the rear of the vehicle (at the tank outlet). Electric boost fuel pump installed below fuel tank
If you operate in colder weather you can extend the efficiency single tank operations down into the 35 to 40 degree F range by adding a coolant coil heater to the filter element. This will prevent waxing of the filter and take some of the strain off the engine driven fuel pump. CLICK HERE to add this upgrade to your order.
