82 300D has slight miss on one cylinder

82 300D has slight miss.
This engine has 157,000 miles on it and runs good at highway speed. I can losen the fitting on each injector and make it run like a gas engine when you pull a plug wire. Has only slight miss when all injectors are tight. There is definitly a lose in power at low speed taking off from a light etc.
The injectors have been pop tested and all are good. Compression test shows around 325 to 350 psi on all cylinders. I have adjusted the valves twice to make sure one was not to tight.

I have thought about pulling the head and checking the valves but wanted to check other options first.
Any help on this would be appreciated

Thanks

Mine does that when ever tank screen gets clogged.I have been battling that for 10 months.Being I run a wvo conversion, and use main tank for wvo.
I blow thru fuel line twice a week.Startron and other additives just don't work. Its getting better little by little.Years of diesel slime.

Thanks for the reply.
You are right on the money.
I hit the fuel line to the tank with compressed air and it started to Idle great. After running a shore while it started to miss again. I will run the fuel out and pull the tank and clean it out. This car was in storage for around 3 years before I got it.
Thanks again for your help.
