SVO WVO Portable Fueling and Filtering Builders Kit - Pump not Included

For those of you who would like to save money and build your own WVO fueling and fitlering station we are now offering this builders kit. This kit can be built into the same ready-to-use portable fuel-n-go that we sell elsewhere on our website. CLICK HERE to read a full description of its design and operation.

When finished this small pump and filter has amazing performance for its cost and size. You can take it anywhere with you in the trunk of your car and power it right off your car’s battery. The filter elements are cheap if purchased in quantity on the internet. If you run short and need one in a hurry, they can be found at almost any hardware store (ie. Lowes or Home Depot). You can even hook the pump up to 24 volts (two 12 volt batteries connected in series) for faster pumping. Our experience has shown that if you pre-warm the oil on cold days 12 volts is enough to fuel most diesel passenger car fuel tanks in short order.

We do not supply the oil pump or the extra supply hose and hose clamps you might need, but we do include everything else you will need to build a fueling and filtering station:

• Large auminum mounting plates
• Aluminum pre-bent handle and filter mounting bracket
• Quality GE by-pass clear filter housing
• THREE 5 micron filter elements included
• Filter bowl removal tool (for easy filter changes)
• Cleanable 40 mesh pump protection pre-filter and housing
• All required 3/4 inch fittings and hose nipples
• Mounting hardware and bolts
• Complete instructions for assembly and operation

You will need to purchase your own oil pump. We will give you information on the source of the 12 volt pump we use. Your cost for this pump is $160 to $170. We will also give recommendations for a 110 volt pump that we have had good success with. You will need a 10 to 20 foot length of 3/4 inch hose for fueling. Hose recommendations will also be given in the instructions.

UPGRADE AVAILABLE - STAINLESS PICKUP SCREEN SOLD SEPARATELY: The 12 volt pump we recommend comes with a black plastic pickup screen as shown in the picture above. Although this screen is adequate it can not take abuse or tolerate being stepped on or run over! Other pumps you may purchase do not come with a pickup screen.
