Journeyman 72 Pc. Shim Washer Kit for Diesel Injector Pressure Adjustment

Want to adjust the release pressure on your fuel injectors? Have you been looking forever to find a source for a convient small shim kit in the correct sizes - at an affordable price! Many have or have access to a pressure "pop" tester but finding the right shims is a different matter. I personally looked so long to find a good source that I finally gave up and am now importing these high quality shims directly from Germany. They are extremely accurate in thickness. The shim washers are 11.5 mm in diameter and will work on all Mercedes passenger car diesels from 1958 to 1993.

With the right bench mount pump tester, cleaning tools and shims you can adjust the pressure yourself. Some may say that this is not a DIY job and should be left to a diesel service shop. I strongly disagree. If you can adjust your valves or change a water pump and belts you can rebuild your own injectors! I will guarantee you will love the case too! There are 24 small plastic cases inside the larger case that hold the individual size shims. This is much more convenient that trying to store them in plastic bags. Must easier to hand and saves time when making multiple adjustments.
