passenger door lock doesn't lock or unlock with key
hey there...my 1985 300 td wagon front passenger door lock stop working when i use the key in the door...since i have had the car (four years) when i lock the doors on the driver side it has never locked on its own (the other doors have), though all i have to do is pull on the exterior handle (open the door) and it locks...just sharing this in case you think it might be related...but really the problem i am inquiring about is in regard to not being able to unlock or lock the door with the key...thanks for reading...e

i wonder if the vaccum pots
i wonder if the vaccum pots are not binding up. maybe one of the linkages are caught on something. i had my passenger door jury rigged (not by me but by prev.owner) see the window regulator broke and they held the window up by zip tying the half moon gear thingy to the vaccum pot!!! that lock would never work . take a peak inside ... you never know what you may find.
