Glow Plug Replacement

Getting ready to replace glow plugs. Access to the #5 plug, closest to the firewall is cramped by the oil filter housing. Does the oil filter housing need to be removed in order to take out the #5 glow plug?

I know it is tight in there but you can remove the glow plug without removing the oil filter housing. Ratcheting box end wrenches work well in that location. Use a maget to help from dropping the small nut.
