1984 300 SD - How to determine Fuse activation

How do you determine which fuses are activated when the key is in the accessory position and which are activated when the key is in the run position? My owners manual and technical data manual don't address it.

Use a volt meter

Use a 12 volt meter or 12 volt test light to see what fuses are hot when you have the key in the accessory position (just before glow). Then turn to run positon and test again.
