Mercedes 124 Chassis Heater Motor Fan Replacement with installation manual

Fits the following: All 124 chassis sedans coupes and wagons from 1986 to 1993. NOTE: WILL NOT WORK ON MODELS W/ DUST FILTER. We are finding more and heater fan motor failures in the 124 chassis cars as they age. Many can be fixed just by replacing the motor brushes and I have a kit for that repair elsewhere on my website. If your fan motor is making noises then the bearings may be going bad and you will need to replace the entire unit. Same is true if you have smelled smoke coming from the heater vents.

This is a very nice aftermarket motor complete with new fans installed. It is manufactured by Meyle and has a motor brush design that appears will last longer than the original brushes. I am including my book on repairing the motor which will give you the instructions you need to remove and replace this unit yourself. Without these instructions this job can be very frustrating. My book has step by step instructions with pictures to aid you in removal and replacement.
