Mercedes SVO WVO Electrical Component Twin Activation Relay Installation Kit

If you are doing a Dual Tank VO (vegetable oil) fuel conversion you will invariably want to run some type of electrical components separate from your cars electrical system. This twin relay kit will allow you to power two electrical components directly from your cars battery and only come on when you turn on your ignition switch.  You can also control each relay with a switch mounted somewhere inside the car  (not included in this kit.

We typical run an electric fuel boost heater and an electric fuel boost pump in our conversions.  Most boost heaters run around 15 amps and a fuel pump around 4 to 7 amps.  Each of these relays is rated at 30 amps and the large protection fuse has a 40 amp fuse installed (you can purchase different size fuses for this unit.

This kit comes with the following:

• 40 amp main fuse housing and fuse that can handle up to 8 gauge automotive wire
• HD Dual relay unit that can be mounted by two small screws / bolts.
• Packet of misc wiring terminals
• Wiring schematic and general connection instructions.

You will need additional wire to connect to your battery (8 or 10 gauge), wire to connect to your components, and switches and wire to run dash switches if desired.

Note: Due to the many variables of installation complete instructions to hook up to an SVO system are not included.  You will need some understanding of automotive electrical wiring to successfully install this kit.
