This heater can be used with all Mercedes diesels converted to run on straight or waste vegetable oil. This includes the 200D 220D 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD 190D 300SDL 350SD and E300D. This deluxe kit is part of all our conversion kits but can also be used to build your own conversion or increase the performance of any other existing SVO conversion.
The advantages are:
- Heats a volume of fuel unlike the vegtherm and others that only heat a pencil amount
- Rapid heating in a minute or less once key is turned to accessory position
- Thermostat to control temperature
- Switch to turn it off when you are running on diesel fuel
- Inexpensive to repair - all standard components with glow plug heating element
- Can be mounted vertically anywhere in engine compartment ( near injection pump preferred)
Builders kit includes the following:
- All pipe fittings to build heat chamber
- Clamp to mount heat chamber
- Special slow dry high temp epoxy to seal heat chamber
- Brass fittings for fuel inlet / outlet
- Custom brass fitting and glow plug heating element
- Power relay to activate heater
- Thermostat controller to set temperature
- Toggle switch to turn heater on or off
- Battery main wire and 20 amp fuse holder
- Fuse box connection kit with 5 amp protection fuse
- Terminal wiring kit
- Instructions to build and mount

You must have a working knowledge of SVO conversions, done it before, or know how to adapt it to your existing conversion.
