Mercedes Lubro Moly Anti-Seize compound

Prevents seizing, galling and corrosion of threaded components and parts that are exposed to extreme temperatures. Insures accurate torquing during screw down. Permits destruction free dis-assembly later on! Reduces brake squealing.

BEST APPLICATIONS: This is a very important product to have in your tool box. It is a MUST use when inserting steel bolts into aluminum housings (ie, thermostat housing on most Mercedes engine)and when installing aluminum mounting plates for engine studs (ie. alternator mounting brackets. Great for spark plug and glow plug threads! I use this compound every time I replace a rear brake rotor (between the rotor and the steel hub). This will insure an easy removal next time around!. NEVER use on lug bolts or brake caliper bolts.
