Veggie and Diesel Blend Ratio with fuel heaters on?

on my 85 300d with small diesel tank and stock tank for veg,i have fphe ,glow plug heater and coolant filter coil.if i blend diesel and veg in stock tank at what percentage diesel do i have to shut off fphe ,coil and glow plug heat? .

If you heat diesel fuel over 100 degrees F it loses its lubrication qualities. . With low sulfur diesel this is even more of a problem. Combustion quality also declines As long as you have some veggie mixed in the diesel this will lubricate the pump and injectors. I think when you get over 80 percent diesel best to turn the glow heater off. OK to leave the coil heater on even when running 100 percent diesel unless driving long trips in the summer.
