The interest in running Mercedes diesels on waste cooking oil is at a fever pitch. With diesel fuel prices now over $4 a gallon and rising, a lot of people would like to run on free fuel. But is it really free even if the restaurant does not charge you to come and take it away? Kent has collected hundreds of gallons of vegetable oil and experimented with quite a number of conversion systems over the the past eight years. He has learned a lot along the way and has even written a number of manuals on theory, conversion, operation and troubleshooting. ON THE THEORY OF OPERATION....
This is a handy kit to have in your garage. It will allow you to securely spice almost any fluid hose on your Mercedes. Works great in an emergency or when modifying your fuel or coolant system. Kit contains 4 brass connectors and 8 new quality hose clamps:
New Fuel tank sending unit o ring. If you need to remove your sending unit to test or clean, it is a good idea to replace o-ring.
Fits 116 107 123 and 126 Chassis from 1977 to 1991.

Fits the following: These nozzles fit ONLY 1986 to 1989 201 Chassis 5 CYLINDER 190D 2.5 Turbo and NON-Turbo. This is the critical inside wear part of the injector that delivers the fuel spray into the cylinder. These are direct replacement nozzles for your factory Bosch Fuel Injectors. You can replace just the nozzle for better fuel economy, more power, easier starts, and less exhaust smoke.
Replacement plastic bleeder screw and two orings for all FM 100 header filter assemblies. Good idea to have a spare on hand in case you over torque it!
Custom designed and welded aluminum wedge-shape fuel tank by Kent Bergsma that fits in the forward section of the trunk on all 1978 to 1987 300SD and 300SDL and all 1977 to 1985 240D 300D and 300CD. These have proven to be just too costly to make anymore. Also will just fit into 124 chassis 300D sedan 1987 and 1990 to 1993. This custom design will allow the maximum fuel while still allowing storage space in the trunk. It will even allow you to easy install and remove the factory spare tire! This will allow you to carry extra diesel or bio diesel for long trips or it can be you second tank for vegetable fuel oil operations.

Brand new Bosch Diesel Fuel lift Pump, also known as the fuel pre pump. Located on your injection pump this lift pump is very prone to failure now at the mileage we are seeing on these cars. Comes with a brand new hand primer pump. Fits all non turbo 123 chassis from 1977 to 1981, four and five cylinder diesel engines.
This heater can be used with all Mercedes diesels converted to run on straight or waste vegetable oil. This includes the 200D 220D 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD 190D 300SDL 350SD and E300D. This deluxe kit is part of all our conversion kits but can also be used to build your own conversion or increase the performance of any other existing SVO conversion.

You asked for it so we made it happen. Many of you have been wanting to know what we use for high temp thread sealant (when we don't want to use the permanent epoxy). We don't like thread tape or anything with Teflon in it.
This small tube of sealant by Permatex with meet most your needs of sealing NPT tapered threads on aftermarket pumps, filters, hose fittings, etc. Very effective sealant that will allow you to easily remove the fitting if you need to.
Now in a pack of 25 for even more savings. These are my favorite European hose clamps. They tighten securely, don't cut into the hose, and don't rust or break. If you are working on an SVO fuel system for any Mercedes I recommend you have these clamps on hand. Cheap clamps can cause air leaks leading to great frustration- the US style clamps with holes that cut into the rubber. These clamps will work on all 8 mm hose, 5/16 and 3/8 US spec fuel or coolant hose.

This is one cool pre or final protection fuel filter. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Not only is it all metal, just the right size, has a 60 micron large cleanable screen, but it can be taken apart by hand... and that is certainly a big plus when you are out on the road faced with a plugged-up filter!
If you run or plan to run B20 to B100 biodiesel or SVO / SVO blend (straight vegetable oil) I highly recommend you do not count on just your factory filter to provide proper filtration. Our Stanadyne FM 100 filter has a much larger capacity and better water separation capability than the factory filter. This will give you better filter life and better performance over a longer period of time. This filter is much easier to change on the road and less messy that the factory filter. It fact it is the easiest filter to change of any of the competition aftermarket filters by far. No tools are required - only the twist of your wrist! It has proven to outperform any Racor Filter on the market for less money and less hassle!
We have looked far and wide for the right size WVO HD pump pickup filter and have finally found it. Our criteria was it had to be all metal, had to be not too small or too big, had to take fitting for 3/4 inch hose, had to have a bottom surface to mount a stand pipe, and had to be easily cleanable. Now comes with three cleaning brushes, a plastic stand pipe that you can glue on if needed and pictorial instructions loaded with tips.
