When I first saw these from our supplier I thought I would not sell them as they did not match up to the original Bosch O.E. quality. Then I had to hit myself on the side of the head to realize this - for the price you can not expect them to be like Bosch!!! The originals are hard to get and they list for $174.00 FOR EACH SIDE!

Brand new heater motor assembly that got dropped! Ouch. Works great but plastic housing is cracked/broken in two places. See second photo. Fits all 126 chassis sedans and coupes both gas and diesel from 1981 to 1991.

Keep in mind to fix the breaks you will need more than your average plastic glue.  This is a tough hard to glue plastic. May need a plastic welder or you can use aluminum plate and pop rivets.  If you are handy and ingenious you can save!

With this kit you will be able to hook up a pressure gauge to your intake manifold and route it inside your car for the purpose of monitoring your turbo boost pressure while driving. The only way to properly test the turbo boost is to do it while the car is accelerating under heavy load (preferably going over 40 mph up a long incline). You may be surprised at the readings you get!

Cleaning out the carbon is a MUST anytime you change glow plugs in these engines. If you don't do this your engine will not run as well a startup and it will shorten the life of the new plugs. This is a high quality custom made glow reamer. All steel body. Made by Kent Bergsma. Much stronger that the common aluminum type available. Sorry, NO instructions included.

WARNING: Always use anti-seize compound when replacing the long glow plugs in these later engines.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not sell replacement antenna masts by year and model. We have run across too many problems with confusion, interchangeability, and previously swapped antennas. We sell a SMOOTH TAIL mast and a TOOTHED TAIL mast. Smooth tails were used on most of the power Hirschmann antennas up to the early 80's and tooth tails were used on the later masts. For you to order the proper one you must partially remove your current mast and inspect. Is the white plastic tail more or less smooth or does it have teeth in it? The one describe here is the TOOTHED style.

Both myself and our customers are so impressed with the quality and performance of Monark Nozzles I wish I could convince everyone to install them in their Mercedes diesel. To tune them properly you will need a bench pressure tester and these adjustment shims. This manual refers to Mercedes passenger vehicles built from 1959-1967 including Ponton, Finback, 110, 111, 112 and early 113 chassis including sedans coupes and convertibles. This original factory manual was printed in stugart in May of 1969. It is in fair to good condition with some small holes on the cover. Cover has come unglued from the pages but could easily be re-glued. There are no major grease spots and almost no smudging internally, Manual is very think and heavy and measures 1 1/4 inch thick. Note: It is not a complete manual for every chassis - it covers common service and maintenance procedures and unit replacement.
