Used Parts 115 Chassis

Fits only 1975 to 1976 300D. Mounted under the dash by steering column. Good used tested glow relay. When this unit fails the glow plugs will not come on at all. Pick up a spare if you have one of these models are new are getting more and more expensive.

Can't stand looking at those cracks anymore. This may not be as nice looking as a replacement dash, but certainly a lot easier and cheaper!  This black used dash overlay carpet is in good condition. Form sewn to fit over the instrument cluster. Fits all 114 and 115 coupes and sedans from 1968 to 1976

Excellent used working 1974 to 1976 240D injection pump removed from good running engine. This unit is complete as shown. No plastic fuel lines included. If your pump is going bad the expense to rebuild can range from $800 to $1000 - AND THESE PUMPS DUE GO BAD due to the lack of proper maintenance (ie oil checks). See my new Sourcelet on maintaining these pumps. This is the only one I have and a good chance to pick a IP for a great price.

Here is a good solution to your beat up hubcaps. These fit on any standard 14 inch Mercedes steel wheel and they look pretty good from 10 to 20 feet away. They are one piece aftermarket plastic hubcaps that are painted silver. All four are in good used condition but may need to be repainted to be show quality.

Good used original lug wrench, fits most late '70's, early '80's Mercedes. Please note that the wrench is in good condition, but the chrome finish is not perfect. There may be a few spots of rust or corrosion on the plating itself.

Good used interior black plastic lock knob, common on most models in the 1970's and 1980's. This has good plastic and good threads. Sold as a single unit, if you need more, just change the quantity at checkout.

Good used working mirror. Fits the above models only as mentioned in the title.

Good used original factory cleanable air filter screen assembly. Fits 1974-1976, 115 chassis, 240D.

Good used air conditioning idler pulley and bracket. Fits mid '70's to 1979 model diesels with york style air compressors.

Good used front crank bolt and 3 spring washers. 

Very good used set of intake and exhaust valves, complete with springs, keepers, rotators, and adjusting nuts. This a complete set that will fit 300D engines from 1975-1979. This will also fit 240D's of the same vintage, you'll just end up with an extra set of valves and hardware.

Brand New Lower oil cooler hose for 1968-1973 220D and 1974-1976 240D. If yours is leaking, replace it now!

Good used exhaust manifold with no cracks. Fits 1975 and 1976 115 300D only. Manifold is in excellent used condition. Please note that there is one stud missing but it is not broken off. You will need to use a stud from  your exsisting exhaust manifold.  

Good used steering wheel for 1974 to 1976 114 and 115 chassis and for 1977 to 1979 123 sedans coupes and wagons. This wheel is not perfect. It does have wear along top edge but the rubber is firm to the frame and there are not tears or chucks out of the rubber.

Excellent used set of torque converter bolts with correct washers included. These bolts are critical and I often see them replaced with improper bolts. There are six that are required to hold the flex plate to the torque converter on all Mercedes diesel engines from 1969-1985.

Good used front seat back tilt adjusting knob with all three tabs still
intact. One or more of these three tabs often get broken off when removing
making for a sloppy and loose knob. Check to make sure your current knob
matches this design. This has the flat face design.

Average set of used camshaft rockers and mounting towers as shown. These fits all 240D's 1974-1983. These are not in perfect condition. There is very minor scoring starting to show up on the faces, but these are perfectly acceptable to use if you are not expecting to drive your 240D for the next 10-20 years. SKU: DSL-COM4CRA

Excellent used interior mirror. Fits all 114/115 Sedans, 1968-1976. This mirror is in exceptionally good used condition, with very tight mechanism and very clear glass.
