If you have read very many of my manuals and instructions you already know how much I detest Silicone Gasket Sealant. I know there are places for silicone (ie bath tub caulking, etc), but it should not be used on internal combustion engines!

FITS THE FOLLOWING: 108, 109, 114, 115, 107, 116, 123, and 126 (up to 1985). Fits all sedans and coupes from these chassis 1965 to 1985. Includes one Genuine OEM Mercedes front rubber seal. No instructions included.

Please note: You only need to open the  sunroof to change this seal. It can be a little tricky to get the new seal in the groove. No instructions included with this seal. This part allows you to properly adjust the belt tension on all 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel engines. It is common for the plastic block to break apart. When that happens you adjusting bolt will just spin without any affect on the belt tension. We only have a few of these available used.

This is a brand new oil filter pressure plate gasket. Fits all 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1978 to 1985 including the 300SD 300D 300CD and 300TD.

This size freeze plug fits almost all gas and diesel engines from the early 70s up into the 90s. This includes all 61x and 60x diesel engines, the 103 gas engine in the 190E, 300SE and 300E. It also fits many V8 engines but you should measure your current plug to be sure. This part measures 34 mm in diameter.

We are seeing more freeze plugs rust out from the inside as these engines age. First sign will be a little rust ring around the outside edge of the plug, next sign will be slight coolant loss, and last sign may be catasropic engine over heat. Check your freeze plugs for any sign of deterioration NOW.

This seal and gasket kit will solve your problems with any external or internal (into the engine) leaks at the hydraulic pump (location at the front of the cylinder head). If your hydraulic fluid is disappearing from the tank and you can't see any leaks in your rear suspension - then it is possible the shaft seal of your pump is bad and fluid is leaking into your engine oil (and yes, this is not good!). This same pump is used on all Mercedes self-leveling suspension systems from the late 1970's up through 1991. Your pump will need to be removed from your engine in order to install new seals and gaskets. You should have correct fluid (Mercedes type) and a new fluid filter on hand before you begin. Complete R134a retrofit kit as shown to convert your A/C system.  Keep in mind this may not repair all problems with your current A/C system. This kit is designed to go into a good working system. There maybe other parts you will want to purchase such as receiver dryer, etc while doing this conversion. Consult with your local A/C specialist if you are unfamiliar with air conditoning systems.
