FITS THE FOLLOWING, all 116, 123, 107, 126, and 201 chassis. This is an original equipment Bosch pump. If you are having heating problems this little unit is often overlooked. When your car is idling at a stop light there is not enough circulation in the engine coolant to get hot water moving through the heater core. This electric powered pump helps to push a consistent water flow through the core. When it fails it can create another problem as well. Not only does it not help push hot water through, but it will actually create a blockage in your heating system.
For lever operated (round knob) blower units only. Works on all 240D from 1977 to 1983 and Euro 300s. This is the switch that is mounted behind your center heat control knob. If your heater motor runs with you power it directly with 12 volts, but won't run when you turn the knob - then this may be the problem.
This is the time of year we get a flood of orders for heater blower motor and related products. We also get numerous emails for help on how to get the heater in the car working or working with more efficiency. We all know it is going to be getting colder in the next few weeks - nobody likes driving their Benz without heat.
We want to help you get warm for the holidays. We have posted almost all our heater and cabin heat related products on sale. Click on your chassis below to go directly to a full list of products related to your model. Sale good through December 15.
NOVEMBER SPECIAL: BUY ONE AND GET THE SECOND FOR HALF PRICE! (If you don't have two cars you should carry a spare in your trunk - failure of this part has proven to be the number one reason your Benz will quit and won't crank over to restart).
If your wagon fuel gauge is jumping around or reads inaccurately the sending unit is usually the culprit. If you have been running bio-diesel then for sure it is the problem. Bio-diesel is pretty rough on sending units. Location is on top of tank under the rear floor boards. List price is $262.00
Fits ALL 123 wagons from 1977-1985. Brand new ULO Back up lamp assembly for the wagon rear bumper. One side, complete with wiring plug, housing, reflector and lens. Most of these back up lamps are missing from the old wagon rear bumpers, and have become impossible to find from wrecking yards.
Fits all 123 Wagons, gasoline and diesel models, from 1977-1985. Here is a brand new Genuine Mercedes taillight bulb holder with electrical plug. Due to the older age of these wagons many of these bulb holders have rusted and do not make proper electrical contact anymore with the taillight bulbs. They have become almost impossible to find used.
This neat tool kit in case includes cluster removal hook tools, ignition tumbler removal tools, and radio removal slides (will not work with all model Mercedes radios).
NO INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE at this time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not sell replacement antenna masts by year and model. We have run across too many problems with confusion, interchangeability, and previously swapped antennas. We sell a SMOOTH TAIL mast and a TOOTHED TAIL mast. Smooth tails were used on most of the power Hirschmann antennas up to the early 80's and tooth tails were used on the later masts. For you to order the proper one you must partially remove your current mast and inspect. Is the white plastic tail more or less smooth or does it have teeth in it? The one describe here is the TOOTHED style.

Fits chassis 116 123 126 and 201 Diesels with PENCIL glow plugs, from 1978 to 1989. This little strip fuse is located in the Glow Plug Relay and can sometimes be the cause of your glow plug problems. Even if it appears to be good, we recommend that you physically remove it and inspect it for cracks or breaks before you replace the Relay! Sold in a 2 pack.
Application: Fits all 5 cylinder diesel engines 300SD from 1978 to 1985 and all 300D, 300CD and 300TD from 1980 to 1985 with pencil glow plugs. We have been so impressed with Monark Products that we have recently begun using their glow plugs. They are actually one of the last quality glow plugs still made in Germany. Even Bosch now makes their glow plugs in France, Turkey and other locations in Europe. Now don't get me wrong - Bosch is still a good product. But these Monark glow plugs are superb. They are built with the same materials and have the same specifications as the Duraterm pencil plugs. Even comes with 5 high quality locking nuts for the wires.

FITS THE FOLLOWING: 115, and 123 chassis, 1975 to 1979 5 cylinder non-turbo diesel engines with series (looped style) glow plugs installed. WARNING: Be sure to check that your glow plugs have not been changed to the parallel (pencil)fast glow type.
Glow plugs do not last forever. I have found they generally need to be replaced about every 2 to 3 years for peak performance. If your diesel starts hard when cold, or starts but runs rough for 30 to 60 seconds before smoothing out, or the glow dash light flashes right after startup, then it may be time to replace the glow plugs. They should be replaced in sets unless you have the odd failure of just one fairly new plug.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: 110, 115, and 123 chassis, 1965 to 1979 4 cylinder diesel engines with series (looped style glow plugs installed. WARNING: Be sure to check that your glow plugs have not been changed to the parallel (pencil) fast glow type.

Cleaning out your glow plug holes from excess carbon (coke) can increase fuel economy and will extend the life of your glow plugs. This important regular maintenance procedure is commonly neglected and will lead to rough starts, smoke at startup, decreased fuel economy, and engine shake.
