Very good used set of 3 heater control knobs that do not have striped out center sections. These are for the early 240D from 1977 to 1979. Will also fit some early 123 Euro 300D with manual climate control. 

Good used valve and hoses fits all 123 240D with manual climate control. This valve is what controls the on-off function of your hot coolant to the heater.

This heater box assembly was removed from a 1985 300D US spec sedan. It will fit 1982 to 1985 300D 300CD and 300TD. This box is complete with heater core and some flaps and valves as you see in the picture. It DOES NOT come with a heater blower motor. Good for parts or to restore.

This is a good used heater fan control switch and cable as shown for 123 chassis 240D. Also will fit some 300D Euro models with manual climate control. I also have the knob available.  Just type 123 heater knob in the search box.

This is my favorite set of tweezers for helping to hold small parts in place for assembly. The wide ones are particularly helpful when a second hand is needed to hold a small bolt or screw in place. Comes with seven different tweezers as shown. Good for car work. Not good for pulling hair!

If you are looking for an inexpensive way to test the electrical circuits on your Mercedes here is a good option. This tester reads both AC and DC voltage, DC current, resistance, and transistor, diode and battery test. Features automatic zero adjust, overange indication, and low battery indicator. Easy to read LCD readout and comes with 32 inch long test leads. Great for testing battery drains and glow plugs.

Good used working heater blower motor.  Will only fit 1977 to 1979 model 240Ds. Make sure your current motor assembly matches the one in this picture before ordering.

Not only does this set include almost 100 pieces but it includes metric sized allen (hex) bits and even an attachment to remove a wing nut! How cool is that? Most kits don't contain metric sizes. There are probably enough screwdriver bits in this kit to last you for a very long. Comes in nice molded red case.

Used plastic indicator panel for control knobs on 240D, early 240D, climate control mechanism. This unit is known to fit '77-'79 models and I'm not sure if it fits later models.

Good used air conditioning idler pulley and bracket. Fits mid '70's to 1979 model diesels with york style air compressors.

This guide is written specifically for owners of 123 and 126 diesels up to 1985. There are some sections that apply to the 115 and 116 chassis but it is not specific to those models. This manual covers understanding how the vacuum system works, common symptoms of trouble, possible causes, and testing and repairing the problems. Deals mostly with issues from the firewall forward like testing the vacuum pump, repairing shutoff problems, finding leaks, etc.

Used front hub assembly fits all 123 sedans coupes wagons 1977 to 1985 right or left side. Hug and bearing are in good condition. Rotor disk is usable but best to replace as there is a lip on the edge.

Good used York AC compressor pump. Came of 1977 300D. Was only used on car a short time until the car was wrecked. These are very expensive new.

This is a brand new Bosch heater motor replacement kit that fits all 123 chassis with automatic climate control from 1981 to 1985. (Provided someone has not put an earlier blower motor in your Benz). In many cases you can repair your motor by replacing the brushes (which we supply in another kit), but when you discover the motor has shorted, the bearings are worn out or the commutator is severely worn - you will need to replace the motor. It is possible to buy a complete new unit with new housing and fan but the list price is $575.00.

New set of upper and lower radiator hoses that fit 1981 to 1985 300SD, 1981 to 1985 300TD, and 1982 to 1985 300D and CD (turbo engines only). If you are replace the radiator hoses don't forget to replace the short hose at the top of the water pump housing.

This is a very important maintenance item for all 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel owners. This set of 4 belts will fit all turbo diesel 116 and 123 models from 1978 to 1985 including 300DT, 300CDT, 300TDT. WARNING - WARNING to 300SD owners - see notes below.. When these belts get loose or worn they can cause all kinds of problems like poor battery charging, engine overheating, jerky power steering, and noises that range from squeaking to rattling.

It can even be worse if someone has installed aftermarket v-belts. Our experience has proven that anything less than Continental Belts is not acceptable nor will you be happy over the long haul. And we always recommend you install all four belts new at the same time with the correct OE German Continental belts.

Fits later model 123 chassis 300D 300TD 300CD 1981-1985 only. Complete new Behr heat blower motor assembly complete with housing and squirrel cage fan. List price $575.00

Fits late 123 240D 1980 to 1983 and late 300D, 300CD and 300TD 1980 to 1985 with possible exceptions. CAUTION WHEN ORDERING: You must check the length of your lower radiator hose and compare it with this picture before ordering. There is a vin split in late 1979 and early 1980 and we have even seen cases where engines have been changed so your vin number will not guarantee a correct fit. This is the SHORT RADIATOR HOSE used on the later models. It measures approximately 15 inches in length in a straight line end to end.

Measure your hose first to compare before you order. If you have a 123 5 cylinder turbo or a 126 300SD there is no need to measure as all those models have the same short lower hose. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOUR HOSE MATCHES THIS APPROXIMATE LENGTH.
