This is a 3 piece scribe and pick tool set - great for marking aluminum and steel.
If you are going to remove your transmission you will need this tool (or something very similar) or I guarantee you will be pulling your hair out. Getting to the top bolts on the transmission bell-housing can be a real test of patience and mechanical skill. This special 1/2 inch adjustable extension with wobble end and just the right type socket (not too deep) will make getting those bolts on and off bearable. Note: In some cases you will need another 12 inch long standard 1/2 inch extension to attach to this to get the length you need.

Heat shrink tubing is very handing to have if you are doing any wire connections or splicing. This tubing can go over the splice or solder joint and when heat is applied from a heat gun it will shrink right down tight to the joint and protect it from shorts and corrosion.
Opps! I had this all foam 123 front seat pad out and was saving it for a special occasion and I carried an engine part over it and drop some oil - as you can see.... This has been two years ago. Oil does not appear to have bothered the foam. It still should work ok. Fits either right or left front seat bottom on 1981 to 1985 sedan and wagon models. Priced accordingly.

This is one cleverly designed tool. Could not have done it better myself. I actually use to make a couple different types before I found this one. If you have ever tried to remove a radiator hose corroded to an alumium housing you know what I am talking about and you will love this tool. Great when changing radiator hoses, especially the short hose. 8 inches in length.

I like this - permanent - threadlocker because it is super strong but can still be removed with a heavy handed breaker bar. This is a very large bottle for the price and is a must have for Mercedes diesel owners. I use it anytime I am doing major repair work on an engine or transmission. Great for front crank bolt, cam bolt, torque converter bolts, injection pump mounting nuts, front engine accessories, brake caliper bolts, front suspension, etc. Anything that you can just not afford to come loose.
This removable thread locker is probably the best that I have used. It has the best sealing cap and cures rapidly and reliably when confined between metal parts. Use it to lock threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws from loosening. Extremely important in critical engine and suspension parts. This is the removable type (meaning that it can be easily removed with hand tools). Comes in small .20 Fl oz. bottle great for most small jobs.

This permanent thread locker is probably the best that I have used. It has the best sealing cap and dries hard in 20 to 60 minutes. Use it to securely lock threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws from loosening. Extremely important in critical engine and suspension parts. This is the permanent type (meaning that it is possible to remove only when applying heat to 450 degress F - with propane torch) or a very heavy breaker bar. I like to use this one on brake caliper bolts as it is such a critical bolt.
Excellent when retaining bearings and bearing races, freeze plugs, rocker arm and main bearing studs, etc. Can fill gaps up to .007 and assures positive controlled locking.
Good used first aid box and cover with no breaks or cracks. These are getting harder to find. Fits all 123 sedans and coupes from 1977 to 1985
Good used black visor mirror clip for late 123 chassis with lighted mirrors on the visors. This one has good electrical contacts and is not broken. We also have in blue and palomino. Email us.
Good used bright aluminum trim ring. Goes around ignition key tumbler assembly. Complete with three tabs intact. This is not perfect as there may be some small scratches, but it yours is missing this is much better to look at than a hole through your dash. Only fits 1977 to 1979 models 240D 300D 300CD 300TD
Good used original mirror glass fits all 123 sedans couple and wagons 1977 to 1985. Not perfect has some minor spots but still very usable. This item can be easily replaced by gently prying on the outside lip of the glass to snap it free from a ball joint and then you pull the mirror straight out. The replacement then of course is in the reverse order.
Leak free vacuum reservoir tank for 1977 to 1985 123 sedans and couples. This tank fits up on top you fuel tank and holds vacuum for your door locks.
Good used rear glass metal wiper arm - fits all 300TD wagons from 1979 to 1985
Good used crack free window washer fluid type (single pump motor). Fits all 126 300SD 1981 to 1984 with single pump. Pump motor runs.
Fits only 1975 to 1976 300D. Mounted under the dash by steering column. Good used tested glow relay. When this unit fails the glow plugs will not come on at all. Pick up a spare if you have one of these models are new are getting more and more expensive.
Fits all 5 cylinder turbo diesels from 1978 to 1985. Believe it or not these do go bad! If you live in the rust belt (ie salted roads) the lower alternator mounting bolt can actually seize in this bracket. When that happens the only way you will be able to remove your alternator is by cutting the bolt with a saws all and metal blade. Then you will need a replacement bracket like this.
Good used valve and hoses fits all 123 240D with manual climate control. This valve is what controls the on-off function of your hot coolant to the heater.
Good used adjustable linkage arm and ball sockets. Complete with attachment arm and clamp. If you linkage is worn out it may be the reason for a sagging rear end. Fits all 123 300TD wagons from 1979 to 1985.
Good used set of original wiper arms. Fit all 126 chassis sedans from 1981 to 1991. They often wear out at the base and get sloppy (that is what can make the clanking noise). These have good joints and springs
Replacement fog light (left or right side) for your Mercedes 123 Sedan Coupe or Wagon if you dont need perfect. This one has a small chip in it (can be sealed with silicone) but does not have any breaks.
Good used lower seat frame with motors and plugins. All motors are working. Fits all 300SD 1981 to 1985. This is for drivers seat only. If you need right side please email us.
Good used working right side mirror for late 84-85 123 sedans and wagons. Will not fit on coupes. Will fit on older models back to 1977 but you would have to power to it. You would have to force adjust it by hand from the outside.
Set of left and right 110 chassis bulb holders. Only fits early models up to 1965. No perfect but no heavy corossion or rust. Set of left and right side
I like to use plastic inline filters to monitor the flow and quality of the fuel (yes you can even check for air in the system). The filters that have proven best for this application are Mercedes diesel pre-filters with brass insert ends for greater strength at the nipples. These filters do the job but are only available for 5/16 or 8 mm fuel hose. I have solved that problem by adding an alcohol resistant and very tight hose spacer on the end of each nipple. This in effect will allow you to use 3/8 inch fuel hose without deforming the hose or allowing leakage. These filters have the 90 degree nipple to allow you to fit it into tighter places.

Fits 126 sedans 1981 to 1983 and 123 sedans and couples 1982 to 1985. This is a good working electric sunroof motor and housing. NO gears or clutch assemby parts are included. Unit also fits early 201 190E and 190D 1984 to 1986.
Fits chassis 116 123 126 and 201 Diesels with PENCIL glow plugs, from 1978 to 1989. This little strip fuse is located in the Glow Plug Relay and can sometimes be the cause of your glow plug problems. Even if it appears to be good, we recommend that you physically remove it and inspect it for cracks or breaks before you replace the Relay! Sold in a 2 pack.

We have looked far and wide for the right size WVO HD pump pickup filter and have finally found it. Our criteria was it had to be all metal, had to be not too small or too big, had to take fitting for 3/4 inch hose, had to have a bottom surface to mount a stand pipe, and had to be easily cleanable. Now comes with three cleaning brushes, a plastic stand pipe that you can glue on if needed and pictorial instructions loaded with tips.

If you are installing a dual tank conversion in your Mercedes you are going to need a way to allow the hoses to enter the trunk somewhere. The best way to do this is to use a hole saw to cut one or two round holes in the spare tire will in bring in the coolant hoses and/or fuel hoses. The hoses can be protected from chaffing with tape and then sealed with Silicone to prevent water and dirt from entering your trunk. Yes, I know these hole saws are not meant for metal - and that is why you need this cheap set. No need to dull your expensive hole saws. Once or twice on metal and the saws are done. But then you wont be using all the sizes in this kit so you will end up with extras for future wood projects around the house.
DEFINITION: Our DTC 100 (Dual Tank Conversion) upgrade for TWX (temperate weather climate) is your best solution if you only operate in temperatures where it seldom gets below freezing and you want an easy to install and less expensive system. I call this a SHORT Upgrade kit because we do NOT include everything you need to convert to dual tanks and it is only an UPGRADE to our STC conversions 100, 1000 and 2000). IT IS NOT a complete kit by itself and it does not include everything you will need to upgrade. There are only a few items you will have to obtain on your own. Here is an inexpensive set of cleaning brushes that really get down in the crevices. The plastic one is good for exterior cleaning around the window and body trim. The brass is good for cleaning engine parts you don't want to scratech. The steel one is excellent if you are doing some rust repair.

If you are going to work on your diesel fuel injectors you are going to need a torque wrench. If you are going to tighten your alloy wheel lug bolts properly you should use a torque wrench. In fact if you do your own work you should have a 1/2 inch clicker torque wrench in your tool box. I know why you don't have one. They tend to be expensive for the limited amount you might use one. Well, now you can get a quality one for a very good price. This is a special offer and we only have a limited number in stock.
It comes with a nice moulded plastic case and instructions. This wrench is 18 inches long for good hand torque and it is made in Taiwan. Much better quality than those made in China.

From all my years of working around engines the one thing that absolutely drives me crazy is barbed hose fittings. This even got worse in recents years as many SVO WVO kit makers would send our their components with barbed hose fittings! Just try to remove a rubber fuel hose from a barbed fitting after is has been clamped down, or not even clamped down. Try to remove it after a few months when the hose has been heated and it is even worse!. You end up having to cut the hose off and if you are not careful you can nick the barb and the new hose will leak.
When changing a front door seal on one of the above chassis you most likely will ending up need new attachments clips (along front edge of door). The majority of the old clips will break when you try to remove them. This set of 6 clips from Mercedes Benz are enough to do one front door. NOTE: Back door clips on all chassis except the 126 have different clips. These are sure to make installation go more smoothly.

This set of detailed instructions and plastic insertion tools with help you remove and install the front and rear door seals in your older Mercedes sedan or wagon. This includes the chassis models above from 1968 to 1991 (does not apply to the 201 or 124 chassis 190 or 300 series).
Installing new door seals can be tricky if you have not done it before. Kent Bergsmas instructions give you a picture for each step to prevent mistakes and speed installation. The tools will help you remove the nylon clips and get the seal in the grove with damaging the rubber or scratching your paint.
