We normally try to answer all e-mails within 48 hours (except on weekends and holidays). As mentioned elsewhere, we will no longer be able to answer lengthy technical and maintenance related email questions. Please refer to our online forum for technical help. We have made the decision to devote our full efforts rather to the writing and publication of the many manuals people have been asking for.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure online shopping cart. If you use your credit card in our checkout, it is processed securely through our Authorize.net Merchant Account. If you want to pay by paypal, you are automatically re-directed to paypal during checkout to complete your payment.
International orders can be processed quickly by sending you a paypal money request, or you can provide us with a credit card number
We ship out your order via the shipping method requested on the online order. If the item cannot be shipped per the requested method, you will be contacted via phone or email. If choosing postal method for your order we pack and deliver to the Post Office five days a week, Monday thru Friday. Note that our new electronic postal service provided by stamps.com does email tracking numbers upon shipment! We ship larger items daily through UPS ground unless otherwise specified and you will receive a tracking number directly from them (if you do not receive this notice then it is most likely you have spam blocking software turned on and the email has been rejected. This seems to be particularly true if you are a AOL user).
INTERNATIONAL Orders: We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, via US postal Priority Mail International. Our online shopping cart is now setup to process internatioanal orders, but we still have to manually calculate postage costs. Simply add your items to your cart and click on International custom quote. Please note: We have a $ 75.00 MINIMUM order for international shipments.
We offer a 30 day warranty on used parts. If they do not work as advertised then contact us first for a return. Body and trim parts under $50 are not returnable. Body and trim used parts over $50 will have a 50% restocking fee if returned due to being ordered in error or no longer needing the item. Please contact us directly BEFORE YOU SHIP IT BACK OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. Due to the nature of used parts we do not offer a refund on shipping costs either way even if the part should fail or you feel it is not as described. Some expect used parts to be perfect. We do our best to describe and supply the correct part that works but customers often order the wrong part or just decide they don't need it. Asking for a refund out of convenience for you is just not fair to us when you consider all the work we go to to get these parts from storage and pack them up for you. We do this as a service to help our customers. We would ask that you return the favor by being realistic.
