This easy-to-operate ONE gallon pressure pump tank will help you fill your 722.9 transmission with minimal mess and fuss. It includes over 5 feet of hose ( 30 inches which are clear so you can see the flow rate. It comes with a special fitting that includes two (2) shut-off valves ( to control spills) and a clear filter to make absolutely sure you are putting clean fluid into the pan. Don't flush - do a power drain of the entire system

1. It can be used to top off your transmission when you discover your fluid is low.

2. It can be used to fill your transmission after doing a fluid drain and filter change.

3. With the included extra clear hose and instructions in can be used to "power drain" all the fluid out including what is in the valve body, torque converter, and transmission cooler.  

Now included: If you do plan to use this kit to do a full power drain (#3 above) we are including  the two o-rings for the transmission cooler line at no extra charge. PLEASE NOTE: These orings work on most early version models but may not work on all or on some models after 2010.

Extra long pipe is included so you an use this tank to fill your rear differential

Infrared Thermometer to Use When Checking Fluid Level in a 722.9 transmission

On the 7-speed transmissions from 2003 to 2016 transmission fluid level has be checked from under the car, with the engine running and the correct temperature reached.

Since there are no dipsticks on these transmissions, the DIY way to check fluid level is from under the car with a touch-free thermometer to measure the heat of the transmission fluid BEFORE setting the correct level. Instructions are included with my full 722.9 transmission fill kit.

When you remove the return trans fluid cooler line for a complete power drain you might be able to use the two ring seals.. BUT

To to prevent potential fluid weeping on the end of this pipe you might want to replace them if you end of removing the pipe in your procedure.
