As your favorite Benz ages brake problems will arise and they can sometimes be difficult to diagnose. Since brakes are a safety related system it is also VERY important that any repair work be done properly and with great care.
I have known for years that many people would rather look at pictures than read text - especially when it comes to technical instructions. In the spring of 2010 I came up with a new format that I have chosen to call image-by-image instructions. This is a play on "step-by-step" since I include an image for every step. There is still text related to each image, but it has been reduced to the bare minimum. in some cases bullet phrases are used to make my point. This approach means lots of picture taking and more pages to print, but I believe you will appreciate the results.

This is the most complete front reseal kit on the market today. It includes Kents new IMAGE-BY-IMAGE instructions. IDI (indirect injection) Bosch fuel injectors were installed on many diesel vehicles from the 1960's up to the mid 1990's. The injector housings may vary some as well as the design of the nozzle spray pattern and release pressures, but the service and adjustment procedures are the same (except for VW AAZ dual-stage injectors). Rebuilding a diesel vacuum pump can be a very time consuming and frustrating job if you don't have the right instructions, tools and equipment. What should only be a 2 to 3 hour job can easily become an all day "big wrench dance:. it can begin with rounding out the heads of the hex heads bolts that hold the pump to the engine block, then proceed to fighting to remove a stuck piston from the pump cylinder and even ending with having to do it all over again because you did not put the pump together properly.

If you are doing a Dual Tank VO (vegetable oil) fuel conversion you will invariably want to run some type of electrical components separate from your cars electrical system. This twin relay kit will allow you to power two electrical components directly from your cars battery and only come on when you turn on your ignition switch.
