240D always leaking coolent out of expansion drain hose

hi i have been having trouble with a 1980 240D will never stop leaking coolent out of the expansion drain hose i have replacced everything but head gasket on the cooling system any sugestions on a fix? or what is causing this problem?

Check top of radiator tank

have you checked the conditon of the ridge seal at the top of the radiator hole. The cap gasket MUST seal down evenly on that small ridge. If not you have to replace the radiator.

If that looks ok take your car to a good radiator shop and have them pressure test it for you. Kent
