300sdl wvo conversion location
Can anyone who has mounted the FM 100 filter/circuit boss on their 300sdl please post a few pictures of where and how they mounted it? i am tempted to mount it closer to the firewall than most conversions that is have seen. I am considering mounting it to the engine side of the divider toward the midline of the fuse box (right in front of the steering column.)
are there any problems accessing any other vital parts if the system when mounted in any particular spot? Any help would be welcome.

Options
I prefer to mount it either in the trunk or in the area immediately aft the the ABS unit. Here are some pictures of converting a 300D 2.5 (close but not exactly like your SDL).

are you suggesting mounting a fm 100 filter with a 30 micron filter in the trunk and another one with a 5 micron filter on it under the hood?
Clarification
I was suggesting you can just mount one 5 micron filter in the trunk like my 300D 2.5.
