PLEASE NOTE: We are supplying this inexpensive kit as a convenience to our customers. It will not come with detailed instructions nor do we offer support on how to convert your current system. That will be between you and your local A/C specialist.
This is my favorite set of tweezers for helping to hold small parts in place for assembly. The wide ones are particularly helpful when a second hand is needed to hold a small bolt or screw in place. Comes with seven different tweezers as shown. Good for car work. Not good for pulling hair!
Not only does this set include almost 100 pieces but it includes metric sized allen (hex) bits and even an attachment to remove a wing nut! How cool is that? Most kits don't contain metric sizes. There are probably enough screwdriver bits in this kit to last you for a very long. Comes in nice molded red case.
New OEM Mercedes diesel fuel thermostat. This unit is located down low on the left side of the engine and is very prone to leaking due to age. If you notice wet spots under your engine you might want to check this out. No instructions, but very easy to replace. Can leak coolant, fuel or both. Fits all 190D 1984 to 1989, all 124 300D, 300D and 300D 2.5, all 126 300SDL and 350SD and SDL and 140 chassis 300SD and S350D to 1995.

New Behr Thermostat and sealing ring rated at 87 degrees C. Fits all 201 and 124 chassis gasoline engines from 1984 to 1995. Most thermostats only operate at peak efficiency for few years and should be changed for optimal engine performance. If your engine is not getting hot, the fuel will not burn efficiently - leading to more smoke and poor fuel economy. If you notice your heater not getting as hot as it use to, then this may be a good clue your thermostat is wearing out. A thermostat stuck closed can lead to engine overheating. It is not an expensive part and it is easy to install. If you have any doubts just replace it.

FITS THE FOLLOWING: Early 107, 123, early 126, 201, and 124 chassis. (Not applicable to 560SEL and 560SL. They have larger neck radiators and the pipe diameter included with this kit is too small in diameter). Since the MB original radiators are notorious for breaking off their plastic necks (can ruin your day and your engine!) it is best just to replace the old radiator with new. This is one instance where an OE part is not the best. I am really upset at Behr for the poor radiators they built during the 1980s and early 1990s. Many engines have been lost due to their plastic necks breaking off and the engine overheating. I am so mad I just do not sell Behr radiators. If you do not want to buy a whole new radiator then here is a low cost alternative.

SKU: COM-GFTCRTFits the following: All 201 chassis from 1984 to 1993. If your heater fan speed slide switch has been acting up best to change it before it fails. You may find it is not working on certain settings. If the switch completely fails it often jams in the off position and then you will have no heat or defrost. Best to fix before complete failure. This is a common repair item in the 201 chassis and with my instruction book (included) with step by step illustrated instructions it is easy to replace it yourself.

FITS THE FOLLOWING, all 116, 123, 107, 126, and 201 chassis. This is a Quality German aftermarket pump. If you are having heating problems this little unit is often overlooked. When you car is stilling at a stop light there is not enough circulation in the engine coolant to get hot water moving through the heater core. This little electric motor helps to push a consistent water flow through the core. When it fails it kinda creates another problem as well. Not only does it not help push hot water through, but it will actually create a blockage in your heating system.
