For you to order the proper one you must partially remove your current mast and inspect. Is the white plastic tail more or less smooth or does it have teeth in it? Fits almost all models from the early 1970s to the mid 1990s

This bulb is a single element bulb that is used in the brake light, rear turn signal and your rear back up lens. It's a very universal bulb. Fits mid 60s to 90s Mercedes.

These dash light bulbs are small in size and fit a number of dash light applications behind your instrument cluster and in your center dash console.

These small frosted light bulbs are 1.2 watts and fit applications where you want a dimmer light ie, heater control knob 240D and some other center dash lights.

These bulbs are 5 watts and they fit a number of applications for instance in your instrument cluster. Check to see how many you need.

These bulbs dont neccessary fit all models. This bulb is 1 5/8 inch long. Some applications require smaller bulbs, please measure your bulb before ordering this 6 pak.

These are correct Osram small diameter bulbs for your rear tail light. Use this bulb to prevent over heating of the lens. Comes in a 6 bulbs set.

This is a set of 6 front turn signal light bulbs. Fits early 70s to mid 90s Mercedes.

Heat shrink tubing is very handing to have if you are doing any wire connections or splicing. This tubing can go over the splice or solder joint and when heat is applied from a heat gun it will shrink right down tight to the joint and protect it from shorts and corrosion.

Fits chassis 116 123 126 and 201 Diesels with PENCIL glow plugs, from 1978 to 1989. This little strip fuse is located in the Glow Plug Relay and can sometimes be the cause of your glow plug problems. Even if it appears to be good, we recommend that you physically remove it and inspect it for cracks or breaks before you replace the Relay! Sold in a 2 pack.

 

Application: Fits all 5 cylinder diesel engines 300SD from 1978 to 1985 and all 300D, 300CD and 300TD from 1980 to 1985 with pencil glow plugs. We have been so impressed with Monark Products that we have recently begun using their glow plugs. They are actually one of the last quality glow plugs still made in Germany. Looking for a solution to solve your 114 115 116 123 or early 126 chassis power antenna problems? In my humble opinion the original power antennas on all 1985 and older Mercedes are justing getting too old to mess with anymore. I have tried myself to rebuild them only to have them fail again in another area. You can send them out for professional overhaul but that is expensive. Unless every electrical and mechanical part inside is replaced problems may return. New original exact replacements are no longer available.

Works on most Early 116, 107, 114, 115 and early 123 models up to the end of the 1970's. This is a genuine Bosch replacement for alternators in those cars that use an internal voltage regulator. If you alternator has a rectangular housing on the outside of the regulator then this is the correct part. DO NOT let anyone tell you to replace your alternator until you have inspected and/or replaced this inexpensive regulator. Even if your old alternator is working pull the regulator and inspect the brushes. If they are worn down short just replace it. This is the best RUN INSURANCE you can get!

If you are looking for an inexpensive way to test the electrical circuits on your Mercedes here is a good option. This tester reads both AC and DC voltage, DC current, resistance, and transistor, diode and battery test. Features automatic zero adjust, overange indication, and low battery indicator. Easy to read LCD readout and comes with 32 inch long test leads. Great for testing battery drains and glow plugs.

Not only does this set include almost 100 pieces but it includes metric sized allen (hex) bits and even an attachment to remove a wing nut! How cool is that? Most kits don't contain metric sizes. There are probably enough screwdriver bits in this kit to last you for a very long. Comes in nice molded red case.

This is the pencil style glow plug that we use in all our SVO / WVO conversion kits. The same plug is used in both our FSB sump heater and VFM engine boost heater. Good to have a spare on hand.

This is a very important maintenance item for all 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel owners. This set of 4 belts will fit all turbo diesel 116 and 123 models from 1978 to 1985 including 300DT, 300CDT, 300TDT. WARNING - WARNING to 300SD owners - see notes below.. When these belts get loose or worn they can cause all kinds of problems like poor battery charging, engine overheating, jerky power steering, and noises that range from squeaking to rattling.

It can even be worse if someone has installed aftermarket v-belts. Our experience has proven that anything less than Continental Belts is not acceptable nor will you be happy over the long haul. And we always recommend you install all four belts new at the same time with the correct OE German Continental belts.

This part controls the function of your backup lights as well as the starter motor lock-out if you do not have the transmission selector in park or neutral. It is called the neutral safety switch and fits all 107, 114, 115, 116 and 123 chassis to 1981 (except 81 Turbo wagon). If you are having problems with your back up lights or starter motor not engaging this part could be the problem. HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO FINALLY FIX YOUR TACH. New OEM VDO Tach Amplifier for RPM. This small electrical part mounts on the drivers side inner fender panel. Fits 1978 to 1984 300SD, 1981 to 1984 300TD wagon, and 1982 to 1984 300D and 300CD. IT will fit some 1985 models if you already have a tach amp that looks like this one! If your tach needle is jumping around or intermittent, then you may have a bad amplifier. You could also have a bad pickup wire or corroded connections. Keep in mind that once you purchase this part and plug it in you can not return it. Do your troubleshooting first before ordering. Great savings on this part, as list price is $ 234.00!

Fits 116 300SD 1978 to 1980, 126 300SD 1981 to 1985, and 123 300D, 300CD and 300TD 1982 to 1985. Brand new OEM Beru sensor wire. Genuine part lists for $62.00. This wire sends the pickup from the crank speed up the the tach amp. If your tachometer is not working the problem is usually with this wire, the contacts, or a failed tach amplifier.

For all 108, 109, 114, 115, 107, 116, 123, 126, 201, and 124 chassis from 1965 to 1995. I wrote this repair guide to show you how to properly remove your instrument cluster and replace worn or failing components.

From the improvements (sometimes dramatic) I have seen first hand and heard second hand (from our customers, I can confidently say this is the No.1 performance upgrade for an older Mercedes diesel. Increasing fuel pressure can increase both powrer and MPG. One of the common reasons for a diesel to produce excess smoke and deliver poor fuel economy is low fuel pressure/flow to the injection pump. This can of course be caused by dirty fuel filters but it can also be caused by a worn mechanical lift pump as well as worn components inside the injection pump itself. When fuel pressure is low it can actually delay the release timing of your fuel injectors - thus causing incomplete fuel burn - leading to excess smoke and poor mileage.
