Nice set of heavy duty pick tools with rubberized handles. They have hardened steel tips which allow for more prying and twisting with less tendency to bend the tips.

I have used a lot of different clamping tools over the years to prevent fluids from leaking out when removing coolant, fuel, or brake fluid hoses. Most work ok. Some are hard to use in tight places.  Many do not stop every last drip from coming out of the hose. Imagine my excitement a couple years ago when I saw a clamping tool combined with a vise grip like mechanism.  I immediate thought - not that is a tool and a half!  Sure enough after using it it has proven to be the best I have ever used.  And yes, it will stop every drip.... to is super easy to get into tight places and easily clamp and unclamp. The clamp bars swivel are are big enough to work on radiator hoses and strong enough to work on smaller heater and fuel hoses.

This is the absolute best gasket maker when you have a clean and tight metal to metal contact. Examples of where you would use this is SEALING the rear differential cover, aluminum oil pan where is mounts to the engine block, etc.
Will not peel off like silicone or RTV and damage internal engine parts. You don't need much and the big tube is quite expensive.

Works on all models from 1968 to 1995 that just the nylon shift linkage bushings located on the transmission shift arm and the shift control arm. This special tool will allow you to install new bushings in record time. On some 124 and 201 models you would normally have to remove the transmission shift arm due to limited space. This must-have kit does not only have hard-to-find metric sizing, but the o-rings are made out of nitrile which holds up better to heat and is more resistant to oil, grease, hydraulic fluid, silicone and even water. I have used a LOT of different kinds of grease in my lifetime - but this is my favorite. It has a high molybdenum and graphite content and does not dry out over time. It also has a great resistance to water and moisture deterioration. Just the right consistency - not too thick so it can get into tight places - not too thin so it stays in place.

On the body I use it in door check straps, window gears and mechanisms, seat tracks, door latch assemblies, sunroof cables and gears, hood and trunk hinges and any other metal to metal wear location. On suspension and chassis I use it on wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods, u-joints, backing plates and more.

This 14 oz can is usually more than enough to service most Mercedes Benz. A must have in your tool box!

These same clips are used on almost all Mercedes Benz Models from the late 1960s up into the 1990s. If you have lost or damaged one of your clips here is a chance to get replacements. Maybe good idea to have spares on hand. Sold in set of 2.

If you are going to work on your diesel fuel injectors you are going to need a torque wrench. If you are going to tighten your alloy wheel lug bolts properly you should use a torque wrench. In fact if you do your own work you should have a 1/2 inch clicker torque wrench in your tool box. I know why you don't have one. They tend to be expensive for the limited amount you might use one. Well, now you can get a quality one for a very good price. This is a special offer and we only have a limited number in stock.

It comes with a nice molded plastic case and instructions. This wrench is 18 inches long for good hand torque and it is made in Taiwan. Much better quality than those made in China.

Mercedes use a lot of Metric Allen Head bolts especially on their engines. If you are going to work on them yourself one of the first things you will need is a good assortment. Start with a 3/8 inch drive socket set as shown. These are inexpensive but well made sockets from Taiwan (usually better quality than China) - most common sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 mm. They can be cut and modified for special applications.
